Cornerstone FCE Services specializes in remodel projects ranging from small interior finish updates to large remodels or building finish-outs with budgets up to $1,500,000. Although we are based in the Dallas area, we perform work throughout Texas.
Our customers include restaurants, retail, offices and auto dealerships. We specialize in projects where our customers must close down operations partially, entirely or perform after-hours work to complete the projects as we are extremely efficient with our time and have a multitude of skills to get the job down quickly and of the highest standards.
Every project has a full time project manager on site each day during working hours.
We are very selective of our projects and focus primarily on one project at a time in order to complete it as soon as possible.
Our approach consists of utilizing a combination of our self-performing technicians and project managers as well as the expertise of our partner vendors (electricians, plumbers, etc). Our success of delivering a quality finished product quickly, at an affordable cost is achieved by an organized project plan and work ethic contrary to the stereotypical contractor approach.
