About Cornerstone FCE Services

Cornerstone FCE Services was founded in 2009 with a goal to provide high quality facilities, construction and energy management services to commercial customers. We have experience working for regional property management companies and national brands with large portfolios.  Our project history consists of facilities, construction, and energy management for strip shopping centers, free standing buildings, offices and warehouses.  Although we are based in the Dallas area, we support our customers’ needs throughout the State of Texas and beyond.  Our boutique approach means every client receives personalized attention with a project manager on site full time and hands-on leadership from start to finish.   We only perform one to two projects at a time which ensures each development is executed efficiently, thoughtfully, and with unwavering attention to detail.  We strive to be an integral part of your business support staff or corporate real estate team.
