This restaurant suffered a fire in the kitchen and smoke damaged the entire building. The building was stripped to the studs and all fixtures, equipment, HVAC vents, plumbing lines and electrical wiring were removed. The interior was completely rebuilt and the restaurant was upgraded with ADA restrooms, new dining room fixtures, finishes and new restaurant equipment. Additional work included adding a 1,200 gallon grease trap and new flat roof.
