  • Fire Restoration Restaurant Remodel

    This restaurant suffered a fire in the kitchen and smoke damaged the entire building.  The building was stripped to the studs and all fixtures, equipment, HVAC vents, plumbing lines and electrical wiring were removed.  The interior was completely rebuilt and the restaurant was upgraded with ADA restrooms, new dining room fixtures, finishes and new restaurant equipment.  Additional work…

  • Office Finish Out

    The project began as a framed shell with plumbing, gas and electrical service brought to the building exterior.  The space was built out to include men’s and women’s restrooms, a full kitchen, a large meeting room, offices and a reception area.   Structural beams were relocated in the large meeting room to remove obstructing views.

  • Restaurant Brand Conversion

    A national restaurant chain acquired a building previously occupied by another national brand.  The project included rebranding the exterior of the building including stone veneer accents and awnings.  The work on the interior included  new dropped and hard ceilings, reconfiguring the kitchen walls and equipment and redesigning the dining area and restrooms.
