Fire Restoration Restaurant Remodel

Office Finish Out

The project began as a framed shell with plumbing, gas and electrical service brought to the building exterior.  The space was built out to include men’s and women’s restrooms, a full kitchen, a large meeting room, offices and a reception area.   Structural beams were relocated in the large meeting room to remove obstructing views.

Restaurant Brand Conversion

A national restaurant chain acquired a building previously occupied by another national brand.  The project included rebranding the exterior of the building including stone veneer accents and awnings.  The work on the interior included  new dropped and hard ceilings, reconfiguring the kitchen walls and equipment and redesigning the dining area and restrooms.
